No signal in London West end

I ave had my smarty simm deal for 4months now and there is no signal in the West end of London - my partner recently moved also and the same with her. her friend who has smarty too found the same problem, this is bad for women or young people who need to be in touch with family after all that's one of the benefits of a mobile but not if you cant get a signal. You cant meet up with anyone in central london or pay your bill with your smart phone
