My network service is still down, nd the customer service hasn't replied me anything about it yet.

 I have had a very weak signal for several days south east London Lewisham And my wife has already changed the operator   

My phone not making or receiving calls 12th Feb.  I have missed an important hospital appointment call. I can't even let them know my phone is not working 😕

Still having intermittent issues here, and I cannot access my voicemail on 4g. I've tried chatting on the Smarty App but it just crashes instead. The Three network says it is still having issues today. 

Still saying Mobile network is unavailable on every phone in place the SIM card into after only signing up and working for 3 days on my wife's phone in the BB18 area. 

Still unable to make calls.

I can't call mobiles but can landlines. It would appear that you still have a network problem

They aren't all available. My wife cannot make or receive calls, texts and data wldo work. Says "Mobile network not available for voice calls"

My phone worked fine for everything throughout 

Can you tell me if issues around Glasgow and Largs in Scotland are being resolved? 

My network service is still down.

I've had no data, and patchy voice signal since 3:20pm in RH19 4JU along the M25 to Maidstone ME15.

Is there an estimated time to resolve the issues?

Hi -  our engineers are still working to fully restore all services. we will add the latest updates as and when we have them - sorry for the inconvenience. 

Couldn't purchase my train ticket online or via Google pay. Had to walk back to work to get WiFi to buy a ticket. Honestly so inconvenient and additional expense

I've got data on my phone, but for some reason I can't get an internet connection to my laptop through tethering today. I'd think that this is a separate issue, but could it be related after all?

Tethering also broken for me, though data has been restored and works fine on phone .

Hi Anton, it could be related as data sessions have dropped for some customers. We will update as soon as we have an ETA for this issue to be fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience.
