I recently moved my whole family from Three to Smarty. When I was with Three I had no issues with reception, but now calls regularly cut out, especially when moving around, there was always a couple of areas near where I lived where the signal would drop with Three, but with Smarty it has got much worse. I moved over as I thought that as Smarty and Three are the same that I would get the same service but it looks like somehow they have restricted Smarty signals. It’s frustrating when Three realised I was leaving they offered me a deal almost as good as Smarty, if I had had any idea that the signal would be worse I would have stayed with Three.
has anyone else had this problem? Do Smarty customers get less service than Three? Thanks

@SteveCo_2708851 Have you checked that this is not due to a local mast problem?
