So my journey I lost my Sim and to get a new one I needed to top up.
I waited over 7 days for the replacement, activated and it does not work. No services and I have 14 days left of my plan.
How do I contact someone to get this working? The chat puts you through automated questions then but you in a queue which ive waited 15 minutes twice.
