@PaulBort_780351 If you buy the sim online when setting up the account, the is the sim that will be credited to your account and will need to be activated when it arrives.
The one you got from a shop will not be associated with your account.
You could try a web chat with Support Team to see if they can help, but I think you may need to wait for the sim in the post.
