Just rejoined smarty this week, although it hasn’t been easy and taken a day to long to port my old number, my emails don’t come through during the day, then I get bombarded of an evening, probably a better signal during the day than at home of a night, am I missing something here?
and does smarty have a customer service ?

@ChrisCa_2404876 If you have Smarty data working normally during the day e.g. you can look a website, then it looks like an issue with your mail server may be the thing. Have you adjusted the push/pull setting on your phone by any chance for email?
Customer service is via webchat with Smarty Support team - there is no phone service to reduce costs.
