I just paid for my Unlimited Data top up 4 hours ago and my dashboard still hasn’t updated, nor have I received a reciept to confirm. It clearly shows in my payment history that they took the payment. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for 4 hours

More to the point, is your data working? If it is, then happy days and it means that the system has not caught up with itself.
