Over the last few days I appear to have an issue with accessing my data and making/receiving phone calls - anyone experienced this?.

@JohnBra_1853536 Not really enough info here.

Is it maybe to do with 3G turn off? Is your phone on the compatible list?  https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible

 

No my phone is fine, its compatible. So not related to the 3G turn off that I know of. I don't know how much more info I can give, can't use data, can't make or receive calls from various destinations so not just when at home. Would I be able to order a replacement SIM incase my SIM is damaged? How do I do this, if this is an option?

You say the phone is compatible and that it is happening in various locations.

May be worth trying a replacement sim. This article should help: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1215834-what-to-do-if-your-sim-card-gets-lost-or-stolen 

I assume that you have also checked through phone settings that it recognises the network etc.
