I live in London, and when here my coverage is OK. Often worse than friends on other networks but Smarty works. But whenever I go to Cornwall to visit in laws smarty seems terrible. Even if it says I have 3g/4g I regularly can't load the most basic of websites, even send whatsapps. This is when I'm in areas where anyone else has no reception issues.
Is it Smarty - do I need a different provider? Could it be my phone?
