Cant text using Out of plan credit

Hi Again I am finding the issue where I can't text from a UK mobile number to an Australian mobile number even though this is covered in my out of plan credit ! 

I also have this issue when trying to make a donation Which is also supposed to be covered by Out of plan credit.

Look forward to receiving yr advice on how to resolve issue

@TinaBac_2373630  Text to Australia - are you definitely putting the full international code in?

Is the credit showing in your Account Dashboard?

(As an aside, does the person use WhatsApp? That would save you even paying for a text)

 

Donations - do you definitely have sufficient credit to pay for the donation PLUS the cost of the short code message? (also check the price of the short code message - https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/10364848-a-quick-guide-to-shortcodes )
