Can i make an earlier payment as my bank is due to pay by 26th September

@Fruitloop81 You can only buy a new Smarty plan once the old one expires at the end of its month.

I suppose that you could put an add-on onto your account and indicate that any credit can be used to pay for the next Smarty plan.

Not really  sure what you mean by the bank paying by 26 September - do you not use a debit/credit card or Paypal? These are the accepted ways to pay:

• Credit/debit card

• Cash via a PayPoint retailer

• PayPal

• Apple / Google pay if you're using a compatible device.
