Can anyone one or a staff of Smarty that has compassion to help. I have been trying to get my iPhone imei mobile number black listed for insurance purposes. I have done all the relevant things needed to do as I had my iPhone stolen. But the insurance need the blacklist information from the network provider this being Smarty. These people have promised to send the information via email and I am still waiting. How difficult is it for them at Smarty to blacklist imei? Isn’t any of the staff trained to do such as thing? Are they all reading of script?
I need help now to get my IMEI blacklisted.
Anyone here going thru the same strife with this mobile carrier?

@FAITHDA_2668415 Probably best to raise a Complaint if they have not followed up with what was promised.

thanks, if I could find a way to make a complaint I would definitely. Smarty maje it impossible to do this. I cannot find any form to this. And I guess the only way to make a complaint is via the bot chat service.
