Why can't I use my phone in Gatwick airport to make calls

Jonatha_3051190 Could this be down to everyone using their phones as there was mayhem at airports? I had no problem at Stansted though.

It is common in areas such as an airport that you will receive intermittent service, this is caused by the building you are in as it can be restricted from connecting to a local mast due to the size of the airport.

I am sorry to hear this is affecting you as I understand the importance of being able to use your service. 

Please connect to the Airport Wi-Fi as this is available to all members of the public when travelling.
