Why is my payment no longer shown as a direct debit on my bank statement?
I changed the card which I use to pay for my monthly renewable plan and when it processed through my bank, it was no longer shown as a direct debit but a purchase. Until I made the chamge of card details, it has always shown as a direct debit. As such, it's broken my banking criteria rules. Why has this happened?

Lindsey_1413438 When I changed the card used for my family member's plan after the previous card was nearing expiry, their bank still showed it as a direct debit. Maybe ask customer support to see what's going on.
