KwokLo_4078151 On the Smarty website, there is usually a blue bubble at bottom right corner - or you can navigate to http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
The chat starts with a bot, but you should get the opportunity to move to an agent. The agents will not normally answer straight away as they can be busy - you may need to come back to the chat.

AnnOjew_1918386 Scroll down until you see 'How to get more help', click 'Start a webchat'. There is also a chat icon at the bottom right corner you can click. You will first be put with a bot, type your question twice so it asks you for more account details and puts you with a human agent.
