Unable to make/receive calls using on a Motorola Moto E7i Power phone

Hello, I'm wondering if any of you have advise or can help me

I am unable to make or receive calls on my Smarty sim in my Motorola Moto E7i Power phone. I've tried all the hacks suggested when typing this issue into Google however still unable to make calls. The mobile network state on the SIM is advised as 'Disconnected' . The mobile voice and data network types are advised as 4G

I don't make or receive calls often so it hasn't been a big issue since moving to Smarty however I do need this functionality

Any advice is much appreciated

    T1696412​ The first things to check are that your Account Dashboard shows and active sim and also a current Smarty plan.(Checking that your account has not been deactivated)

    Next, you might try a Network Status check to see if there I a local mast issue.

    After that I would see if the sim will perform properly in another phone (to rule out a duff phone)
