Plan wasnt updated
my package expired and i was away . can i still get my old number back .

BismaIq_2856626 Depends upon how long you were away.
After 180 days, you should get a 40 day warning email and then, if you do not purchase a plan, your sim is deactivated.
If you are within the time limit, go to your Account Dashboard and you should be able to buy another plan on the same number.
