New customer. NO Incoming or Outgoing calls

Hi
I joined Smarty today and had my number ported across from my previous provider. 

At 13:16 I received an email to say that my port had been successful. During the afternoon most of the services slowly appeared. At this moment, I can send and receive texts ok, internet works ok, but - I cannot make or receive phone calls. 

I have just restarted my mobile and retested. It is now 19:25 - it looks like no phone tonight. Very disappointing Smarty. Not a good start. 

I'd be grateful for any help.
