Help needed - catch 22 situation
Hi, I didn't auto renew on my account and without pre-warning my plan has expired. I went into renew but because I have no network I cannot pay for renewal because I can't access my bank app to approve payment - what a vicious circle! Cannot access any help from Smarty as webchat down. There is no phone number to call either. So I am stuck without a phone access and can't think of anything else to do now except change provider which will take a few days to get a sim card delivered in the post. What a nightmare. Can anyone give me a number to call, or let me know where I can get any help? Many many thanks in advance.
