Phone stolen on Saturday, my replacement SIM hasn't been dispatched yet !!!
Hi there I'm just a bit panicked because I have not yet received an email to say that my replacement sim has been dispatched even though I ordered it on Sunday, and it's now the next day and I've heard nothing. This is very distressing as getting my phone number back is the only way I can log back into my icloud. Has anyone been in a similar situation ?
Phone Sim not connecting in Router
Hi all, I have a smarty data sim that I was using in my Cudy 4G router, all good. As I was low on data I tried to put my smarty phone sim in the router as it has 50gb pack but it will not access the internet, I have activated the sim and reset the API but it will not connect, when I put the data sil back in it works fine again. Any ideas? kindest regards, Al.
re activate my account or get my number back
Hi, Hope everyone's well I have been unable to return to the UK for the last couple months because of family issues. This led to me not realisng that my account was close to being closed I saw the email that it was closed and tried to renew it by purchasing a new plan but this just created a new account and new number. Now i understand that i may not be able to re activate the account but is there a way i can get that number assigned to my new account. I've had it for a while and it is very important to me Thank you for your help in advance and at the very least for reading this.URGENT: SMARTY is failing now, time to move to ID
