Hi, I recently moved over to Smarty as I was interested in their Group Plan. However, every time I chose the Mix and Match and selecting the two tariffs I wanted, I was taken to a screen displaying “Discover our Plans”. Having had a Chat with Customer Services I was advised to try Incognito or Private modes, which I already did, with no success. I even tried other browsers and a MacBook and a Windows laptop again with no success. I was finally advised to purchase the SIMS separately and once received, Activate them and then add to a Group Plan. Surely, if this option is available on the website I should be able to do this without any issues. The end result is instead of getting my 10% off each SIM immediately I am waiting a month for the Group Plan to be activated. Has anyone else had any issues setting up a Group Plan when moving over as a new customer11Views0likes0CommentsSWITCH OWNER SIM IN SMARTY GROUP
I started a new (first) Smarty contract and received a number. I then started a group, adding a second sim I normally used, retaining the number on transfer from Tesco. However, when buying add-ons for my second sim, all smarty communications went to the first sim, which was left in the UK. Therefore, I couldn't complete a transaction as I could not access the first sim. As far as Smarty was concerned, all access and notications went through the first sim. My question is: how can I swap sim numbers to enable my second sim to be the LEAD Sim? Thanks49Views0likes1CommentThe group plan 'upgrade'
To make sure I understood, if I want to change to mix group plan of 16gb / £7.2, I have to give up my 24gb / £7, which I use now? Therefore pay more and get less, just so I can be....in a group? It seems that when you change to group plan - which would be great to manage entire family - you also have to choose different plans. Am I seeing right? Hi All, new customer here. I got a Bonus SIM in with my new SIM so thought I would get my Daughter a contract. Disappointing too see that the new offers are only available to new customers, but I digress. So I am all set up, I click on the Group Plan button and then click I HAVE A BONUS SIM. I'm then told to activate the bonus card.....which I cannot do as I would need to create a whole new account for my 14 year old Daughter. So I try activating it on my name....which then wants to send me a brand new SIM, even though I have a "BONUS" one in front of me. So I cannot activate a BONUS sim to an old account?, despite what the instructions say on the screen, the only way is to order a new SIM card?, seems like a pointless expense.....why can I not just use the BONUS SIM that is sat in front of me?. Has anyone else come across a solution before I order yet another SIM and burn up the planets resources unnecessarily?. Many thanks, Rich19KViews16likes20CommentsMix & Match Group advice

Big news everyone… We’ve just launched a brand-new way to make the most of SMARTY Groups: Everyone Unlimited. Have family, mates, or a house-share crew who burn through loads of data? This one’s for you. Bring 2–8 plans into a Group, and every plan gets unlimited data for a price that’ll make you smile. One person becomes the Group Owner and pays the bill, while everyone keeps their own account, number, and plan. No faff. No catches. Just a simple way to save together. Ready to give your Group an upgrade? Check out the new Everyone Unlimited plan today.530Views0likes1CommentClosing a group
Been with Smarty for years and had a group plan. Connection became abysmal, so closed my main phone account. I cannot now log in / see dashboard etc because the main account is closed. How can I terminate the sim thats still on the group account? No way of contacting SMARTY directly. All 'help' questions/replies do not cover the messages I receive. The usage on the existing SIM is nil, as there is NO reception where I now live. Thanks for any help.44Views0likes2Comments
