Everyone Unlimited has landed!

Big news everyone…

We’ve just launched a brand-new way to make the most of SMARTY Groups: Everyone Unlimited.

Have family, mates, or a house-share crew who burn through loads of data? This one’s for you. Bring 2–8 plans into a Group, and every plan gets unlimited data for a price that’ll make you smile.

One person becomes the Group Owner and pays the bill, while everyone keeps their own account, number, and plan.  No faff. No catches. Just a simple way to save together.

Ready to give your Group an upgrade? Check out the new Everyone Unlimited plan today.

Hi, I have a current unlimited black Friday deal (£15 monthly).  I'm considering moving both my kids (grown up) to Smarty, so thinking about selling up a group. Can I check, if I do, I will lose my £15 a month deal and have to revert to a £20 a month for what I have now?

    Thanks

Richard_1839897 To be 100% certain, you would need to web chat with Smarty Support and keep a transcript of what they say.

(I suspect that you would lose that £15 deal though. Currently, if you move them both onto £20 unlimited in a group, it would be £15 for you and £18 for each of them I think = £51. On a new Everyone Unlimited, you would save £1 as that is £50 for the three)

YulianK I have a smarty sim card with my account set up, my girlfriend has also a sim card with her own account set up, is there any way we can merge this together into a group plan if we both already have sim cards with different plans running on different accounts? Thanks.

Hi CocoAdv , you can set up a Group Plan on one account and invite the other to join as a member.

How do I find out which numbers are linked to my Group account please?  And which have not been used for some time? Thanks
