Add-on not showing
Hi, I purchased an add-on and it was showing on my dashboard but since I selected to cash it in for data, it's disappeared and there's nothing on my dashboard to show I'm using data just shows no data available to use.... The payments gone through and I've restarted my phone and it's been 2hrs since I bought it. Not sure who else to contact as there's no real person helpline, it's this or I hop on X/twitter TIA Holly
Need to receive an urgent text whilst in Thailand
Hi sorry if this is an obvious one but I'm planning a trip to Thailand but need to receive a text to my British smarty number while I am there. What would I need to do to ensure I get network coverage as opposed to data for internet usuage? Is there a package I need to buy?
Short codes 79100
I have just read a post from 2/2025 saying we can use short codes one here , but in Dec last year 2025 I tried to join fabswingers as a supported yes I can't wait for the jokes 😀 and I got charges for the text but the code never worked and ended up being refunded for out of plan add on moneys, does anyone know if this has changed or its still a no.go from.smarty ? Using e-sim and Smarty physical sim query
I have a Smarty sim card in my Sony. I’m about to buy a Sailly e-sim package for our stay in Thailand. When in-country my question is can I swap and change from the e-sim to the SMARTY sim and back? This is because I may need to make an actual phone call back to UK and maybe receive a phone call from home. The data only e-sim doesn’t allow for that. Can I go into the sim management and select which sim to use at any time? Thanks
Buying add-on for EU in addition to using 12gb data allowance
Hi, I've searched for an answer but haven't found anything that specifically answers my question. My daughter is going to Italy tomorrow and so will have her 12gb data allowance to use. As she is staying in a place with no Wi-Fi I know that this will be used therefore I intend to buy an add-on today before she leaves. My question is, does the 12gb "free" allowance gets used first and then auto switch to the add-on package I've purchased? And just a supplementary question; if the add-on gets used can I just buy another one and this will immediately be available for her to use? Many thanks
