Complaint.
I am in Spain and suddenly ran out of data. No warning. I tried to find out what I need to do and ordered £10 more data. It didn't work so I ordered another £9 of data. Then I had confusing messages that this would be added to my next bill! This is completely misleading.

As I made clear. I ran out of data. I ordered more data and now the dashboard tells me I have 10gb left. But not for the international data that I needed. My concern was that I was misled. Information is not clear and only now am I being shown a price guide that is also confusing. I am unable to speak to someone. Unable to email anyone. Unable to text. And frankly no idea who I am communicating with? I want a refund.

GarryCob_200411 The Price Guide to which I signposted you has always existed and been available directly from the Smarty website - at the bottom - fifth column last item.
It wasn't totally clear that you had actually used all of your data - hence the suggestion about EU Roaming data passes.
I agree that it is difficult to see why your data did not kick in - at least up to the 12Gb limit. You can speak to someone but it will be via web chat or you can email or you can raise a complaint - all available from Smarty home page.
You have no idea with whom you are communicating. This is the Community Forum page and so we are customers like you and we try to answer queries that come up. We have no access to accounts and so cannot arrange any refund.

GarryCob_200411 If you ordered more data, that's not necessarily roaming data I think.
Did you hit the 12Gb limit? Then you need a 1 day or 3day roaming pass.
The price guide has all the necessary info:
