Buying add-on for EU in addition to using 12gb data allowance
Hi, I've searched for an answer but haven't found anything that specifically answers my question. My daughter is going to Italy tomorrow and so will have her 12gb data allowance to use. As she is staying in a place with no Wi-Fi I know that this will be used therefore I intend to buy an add-on today before she leaves. My question is, does the 12gb "free" allowance gets used first and then auto switch to the add-on package I've purchased? And just a supplementary question; if the add-on gets used can I just buy another one and this will immediately be available for her to use? Many thanks
Using e-sim and Smarty physical sim query
I have a Smarty sim card in my Sony. I’m about to buy a Sailly e-sim package for our stay in Thailand. When in-country my question is can I swap and change from the e-sim to the SMARTY sim and back? This is because I may need to make an actual phone call back to UK and maybe receive a phone call from home. The data only e-sim doesn’t allow for that. Can I go into the sim management and select which sim to use at any time? Thanks
International calling.
I applied an add on of £15.00 to make International calls @30p per minute. It all ended within 7 mins. Whilst I am new to Smarty Phone I am beginning to think this is not working well and more expensive when the £20.00 unlimited plan and. now £15.00 add on has been gobbled up so quickly. Is there something I need to do to make the so called 30p per minute calls?3 sims 1 account (data only for dash cam)
I have 3 dash cameras & needing a data sim for each camera. Needing around 10gb per sim. what’s the best, cheapest and easiest way to have 3 sims and also to be controlled via one account? I have 2 now, using 2 different email accounts which is a pain having to log in and out of both accounts. thanksI am disappointed in you ; Smarty ! bye
Hi I have been using Smarty for almost a year and i loved it . for some personal reasons , i had to travel to Turkey for few weeks , Before i left the UK , i activated addon for 20-30 pounds just to be on the safe side. Guess what , poeple struggle to call me , my phone is usually non stop all day , now i only get 1 call per day ( if i am lucky ) The tragedy when i tried to call my own office and guess what : ( smarty not given access to this) . I had to purchase a viber call to be able to call my own work sorry guys, you fk up badly here i am out , bye Smarty
