I joined Smarty in February. In a few days time it will be one month being with Smarty. During that time no problem with data. I am on an unlimited plan data, calls and text. Not getting calls or text. Only had the service (call/text) for two days so far. That is not an unlimited service. I am not registered on IMS. IMS registration is needed. IMS needs to be registered on my phone for VoLTE (Voice over LTE - making and receiving a calls) Wi-Fi calling and RCS messaging to work. Any Smarty Customer having any issues with calls or text it. Hi I have been given a new phone by my son, an iPhone 16promax. I have moved all my info over from older iPhone but when I put my sim in the new iPhone it won’t find the network. have tried my sons sim, it works fine so it seems to be current smarty sim that is causing the problem. I’ve just bought a SMARTY SIM and a Cudy LT300 router. The smarty sim works fine in my phone, but it won’t work in the router, even though my Vodafone sim works perfectly in it. Can anyone tell me why I constantly have Service Status: Out of Service? I am a new Smarty Customer. In 23 days I have only been able to use my phone twice. This is on the same day as contacting Smarty. Everything works perfectly fine but the next day Service Status is back to Out of Service. Data is working very well so far. No problem there. It's like the phone sees the Network but is not authorised to use it. I cannot access my online banking as the code that is sent to SMS is not sent. I cannot call anyone nor can they call me. I have already missed 3 appointments because of this. I need to make a hospital appointment and can not do it. I am paying for an unlimited plan but only getting data access. I have been on live chat for hours trying to get a positive outcome. Although helpful and polite. Each Agent goes through the same series of things to do but it makes no difference. I can make WhatsApp calls but certain companies will only accept calling me on my mobile number which they cannot do. Please if anyone knows how to contact Smarty Technical Team or how to solve this I would be so greatful. My next payment is in 5 days time and after nearly a month. Sadly, I am back again. Still having problems staying connected to the Network so that I can make receive calls etc. Is there a reason for this? Why can't I stay connected to the Network??? Now on day 22... Only had two days where I could make calls, receive call and get text including short codes. Now the Service Status is back to Out of Service. I am trying to be patient but it's not really fair to be paying for Unlimited data, calls and text and only get service for 2 days out of 22. My Smarty SIM shows full signal but Service State says “Out of Service.” I cannot make or receive calls or texts. I have been back and forth with Agents. Although polite and helpful they cannot solve my problem. My SIM number is 8944200205748063009 APN is mob.asm.net. Network Status: SMARTY Mobile Network Type: 4G Service Status: In Service - Was saying Out of Service Mobile Network Status: Disconnected I have reset network settings and tried manually selecting network. Activated my new Smarty SIM yesterday and I notice that the mobile number in the Dashboard is not the same as I requested (i.e. I sent a PAC code to Smarty with the details). However even though the number displayed is not mine all my old services seem (?) to be working. When my wife calls my new Smarty number to test it out there is no connection but my old number (from vodafone) still works. So, can someone please explain why my phone number comes up correctly when I call yet on messages it has the temp number before my number was brought over from Vodafone to smarty?
