Morning, when getting set up via eSIM I accidentally deleted the Smarty eSIM from my iPhone intead of my old Three one. I have requested a new one via the Smarty dashboard but although I have the new code the email with the eSIM QR code hasn't arrived. It's been about an hour. How do I resolve this? I currently have no service. Thanks!29Views0likes1CommentVery recently closed account / lost number
Hello and sorry for bothering you, I made a mistake and thought I still had some of the 40 days left to keep my account open. I realised a couple of days later after it was closed that I was wrong. Because not much time has passed, I was hoping that I could keep my old number at least. I'm under the impression that numbers aren't immediately "recycled" to be ready to be given to someone else. Is there a fix for this, for example via PAC? I still see my number on my accounts page. I have already used the "message us" function twice (one was out of hours). I have made a mistake and I will be more careful in the future. I don't approve of making a habit of being careless because time and effort usually ends up being needed to deal with the consequences. I will say that I only got one text and one email about this and a specific date wasn't mentioned. I would have been less likely to f up if I got better reminders. I am primarily at fault though.30Views0likes1CommentMy sim card is disabled

I came from a different SIM company. I switched to Smarty and chose an eSIM. I entered my PAC code and my old number details, but when I activated the eSIM, it showed a different number and a new SIM. Why did this happen? I want to keep my old number when switching SIMs.44Views0likes1Comment
