Got signal but no connection

Hi everyone, does anyone have the same problem with iphone 14 pro?  I was at Waterloo train station at the lobby, my phone indicated that I have network but I wan't able to send and receive whatsapp message nor calls.

I live in London and this has happened before when I have network but can't send or receive messages.
