Stocksbridge outage

There is no Three signal in Stocksbridge, though Three says there is. ID mobile has the same problem. I have travelled 5 miles towards Sheffield to get a signal to place this message. Can anyone give an update please?

@YVDM  You are not writing directly to Smarty and so we cannot throw much light on this.

There are issues with 3G being turned off on some masts, so not sure if that is affecting you.

I expect that Smarty to some extent rely on what information Three gives them, so they may also be ;out of the loop;
