Smarty email headers broken

I hope this is the correct place to post this:

I have been configuring some spam filters and noticed that the spf record
in some smarty emails are broken. I absolutely KNOW the emails themselves
are genuine and from genuine Smarty employees, .but they're showing an SPF PermError,
which is usually a malformed spf record to the effect of giving a dmarc=fail signal.

I am posting simply so your web admins can look into this, and hopefully someone will pass the message on

because it would make whitelisting Smarty emails so much easier and help keep spams and other unwanted emails out.

The exact headers are

Authentication-Results: spf=permerror (sender IP is 85.158.142.1) smtp.mailfrom=smarty.co.uk; dkim=pass (signature was verified) header.d=hutchison3g.onmicrosoft.com;dmarc=fail action=none

header.from=smarty.co.uk;compauth=pass reason=130 Received-SPF: PermError (protection.outlook.com: domain of smarty.co.uk used an invalid SPF mechanism)

One thought occurs that the error might occur if the employee was working from home or using a mobile to
email us but it would certainly be in the best interests of Smarty to look into the matter.

I hope this post is of some help
