Zyxel LTE2566 Mobile Wi-Fi not working with my new Smarty data sim

Hi trying to use the Zyxel hub with my data only sim but it only connects to network and no data is either sent or received .

can someone help me

    Jtaviator Have you ensured that the settings for mobile data are correct?

    So, I did a hard reset and all was well. I guess the previous owner forgot / couldn't be bothered to get the device back to 'like new' before sending it 🙂 I can now use the settings on the sticker on the device to access the router's wifi and admin panel. But ....

    Next issue is - lousy download speeds 🙂 of 1 mbps - 3 mbps (I get 150 mbps on fibre) so experimenting continues ....
