International Roaming outside EU

I have set up my phone to work abroad as per instructions but it is not working, my esim is not picking up any career and so I can not receive or make calls/sms

any advice, how can I check that indeed international roaming is enable for this esim and/or contact someone in smarty to talk to and verify?
