Call problem
Hi I’m new to smart but since I joined I’m having a lot of problems with people hearing me on a normal phone call, but no problem with using the internet phone such as WhatsApp calls, any help would be greatly appreciated

Stephen_4334275 What do you mean by other people having problems hearing you during carrier calls?
If I call them or they call me on the phone, I can hear them ok but they say they cannot hear me, but if I call back on WhatsApp the call is ok.
Stephen_4334275 I would believe this would be a network issue if it only happens with network calls. You should bring it up with support: Contact us - FAQ and see if they can figure it out. There has been someone else with calling issues on this thread recently: Cannot call my wife Smarty number
