Unable to receive calls and call out.
I use a Samsung A15 android phone, I have not been able to make calls, received calls or SMS for over 2month. How can this be resolved it's urgent.

WINIFRE_1869028 Not really much information here for us to give specific help.
Have you tried the sim in another phone?
Does your Account Dashboard show an active account and active smarty plan?
Have you looked at the Network Status checker to identify any local problems?
Does data work on the phone?
If you have put up with it for two months, why is it only now urgent?
