Sim is corroding need to replace not deactivate
I need a replacement for a sim i have still but it is corroding.
I can't be without phone contact 2 days to as long as 2 weeks sometimes it seems from previous comments!

KatOD As ZenovA says, you can order an esim if your phone can accept it.
If you specifically need a physical sim, then when you order the replacement, I feel there is a chance that your account will be suspended as a security measure until the replacement is activated by you. When people order a replacement, it is often because the original was stolen or lost and that is the reason for suspending the account. For that reason, be very sure to tick the correct choice when ordering it.
More to the point, you say that the sim is 'corroding'. Have you had the phone checked because this sounds like moisture is entering the inside somehow.
