PsychedelicMonk Is it possible that you don't have the most up-to-date version of the app?
Mine is an iOS version - not sure if that makes a difference.
Under the Manage Plan section the first thing is "Your current plan" (where you get option to change plan). Next box down in "Manage me SIM" where its states 'replace your SIM with a physical or eSIM' - then a blue rectangular box with 'Replace SIM'

I do have the latest app version but on Android. Looks like Smarty haven't added that option to Android yet as there is no Manage SIM section. Thanks for your help.

It's very handy to know that the two versions are different - but can't help but wonder why😏
