How do I cancel my late fathers plan? I paid by credit card each month. I'm not able to cancel the payments via online banking.
I must have set him up with his own Google email but stupidly I can't remember it. I have his Smarty mobile number and his Smarty password.
Any ideas?

Thank you. How do I get hold of a human or at least send a direct email? I'm just going round in circles!
K2865653 You have to type your query twice to the bot, and press "Something else", which after that will ask you for more details and then put you with a support agent. I think their support Email is [email protected], though it is not on their contact page, only seen this floating around in this community.
