Thank you. That worked. I wonder why Smarty haven't implemented that feature within the app?
Didn't work for me. Page is exactly the same as when accessing the app directly. My phone is a Samsung S23. I've checked I'm on the latest version of the app.

Are you sure? I've methodically gone into every setting and it's not there. Is it possible to share a screenshot of where it appears within the app? I know you have already solved my issue by linking me to an external login but really curious why I do not see it in the app.

How about this?: Open Smarty app > You (bottom right hand corner)> Manage plan>Replace sim
