As of today, Thursday 2nd October, the Smarty phone network is still down in Oxfordshire. Both myself and five friends and family have generally been unable to make or receive calls since 22nd August. Status checker for all of us shows there is an issue but fail to give any timescale for their known issue to be resolved.
We've all had enough, customer service are useless and cannot help. All of us have now obtained pac codes from Smarty and are leaving to join Giff Gaff, who use the O2 network, who, historically have had an excellent network reliability and, I transferred from O2 due to ost savings from Smarty and the Smarty TV and sky advertising, some months ago. Smarty thus the 3 network, used to be super reliable, but maybe the Smarty/Vodafone merger, may be affecting their phone network status. Unless Smarty address the huge number of dissatisfied customers, they will lose huge amounts of income and what was, loyalty from their customers.

It is Friday and the Smarty mobile network has been down now for Three days in a row.
The Smarty status link shows there is a problem that's in the process of being fixed same message now for three days and no updates posted as to progress being made. I've chatted with a Smarty representative by text and they are totally without a clue and cannot give any indication as to when the network in the whole of Oxfordshire, will be back up.
I have five friends and family who I recommended to. SMARTY, living in Oxfordshire and they all have the same issue, all unable to make or receive phone calls.
I believe there is no contact phone number for Smarty, only the chat bot, which is appalling service. I wish I'd never left O2, as I'd been with them for over 20 years and never had a single issue.
I've had to go to the OXFORD Mail newspaper and speak to a reporter there and report this ridiculous situation and am compiling a list of other dissatisfied Smarty Oxfordshire customers having the same issue, so if your one of them, please let me know?
