Paused
So my account has been paused for over 3 hours now and even though I have a balance of £20 on my account in credit neither the team at smarty or myself can access my dashboard, is anyone else having the same issue? Or is it just me?

I'm having the same issue. It's quite frustrating.

At first, they kept sending me links to renew the subscription myself, but it was impossible — the button was inactive, or I was getting a message telling me to contact support. After I asked several times whether they had experienced a similar issue before, they finally said yes and told me that other customers are experiencing the same problem today and that the team is working on it... Don't know what to think

I have a similar issue. My payment failed, and when I tried to renew my plan, I got a message saying that the plan is paused and that I need to contact support via chat. They told me to wait because the team is working on the issue, but same - it’s already been 5 hours…

To be honest with you I thought they were just palming me off until tomorrow but if you are having problems too then I guess they might be having issues, hopefully they sought it soon, I've had to piggyback off of a librarys wifi to contact them

Similar issues here - payment failed overnight (no obvious reason why), now service paused and unable to restore.
Login on web and 'Renew now' button is greyed out. On app, the payment attempts to go through, triggers card security prompt, then returns to the payment page with any confirmation. Tried alternative payment methods without any success.
What's going on?

Haven't a clue, I guess they are having a problem with the system, I'm still having issues now as well been around 6ish hours
