No internet access on my newly ported phone. Please help

Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum! I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience regarding internet access on your phone.
It would be beneficial to contact our support team so we can have a look at your account to find out what the issue may be. In the meantime, please follow the steps provided below to reset your network settings.
Below are instructions to follow for both iPhone and Samsung devices, if you are using a different device, please let me know.
SAMSUNG:
- Open Settings
- Select General management
- Select Reset
- Select Reset network settings
- Select Reset settings
- Select Reset to confirm
iPhone:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
- If prompted, enter your passcode
- Tap Reset Network Settings again
