hey all,
new to smarty, I have the Unlimited data, text and voice plan.
all activated fine, but have no data.
I’ve checked the APN settings as provided in the help articles, they are all correct… mobile data is definitely switched on, but still nothing.

If you haven't already done so please contact one of our Customer Care Experts via chat at http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact and they'll look into this for you.
It would be difficult to determine the problem without running through some checks with you and the best way to do that is to reach out to the team.
