[Network Issue] Service Update - Resolved

Lost all data just before 12, connected but h+, 3g or 4g ... Great signal but no network.
Tried airplane mode and reconnect, then lost phone signal but got back after a bit but data as before great signal, no connection.
Could we get more on nature of problem or what if anything we can do?

I lost all Smarty connectivity yesterday in Lincoln at about 4:30pm. Traveled to Aylesbury 150miles and network came back at 8pm. Today at about 12:30pm lost complete network connection, came back after 1 hour but no data (in Aylesbury).
