Stolen phone!

Hello.  I recently had my phone stolen on the tube.  I was sent a new sim card but it is the same as the one that was in my lifted phone.  How can I inform Smarty to block the IMEI numbers? Your help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.  Georgia
