I want callers to be presented with an engaged tone when I am busy on another call how do I set this up? I do not want voicemail or bleeps to let me know someone is calling whilst I ma busy with someone else.
If you don't want beeps to let you know someone is trying to get through while you're on a call, you need to turn off Call Waiting in your phone settings.
If you want to deactivate voicemail, either completely or just when you're on another call, you need to start a web chat with Smarty support to do this.
Try calling #43#.
If that doesn't work, I've just checked and your Nokia is an Android device, so the option should definitely be there somewhere. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly where as different Android manufacturers make their own customisations to the operating system.

there is not an option to turn off call waiting on my Nokia G22, do I need to enter some code?
