Joining Smarty
Hello-I got two smarty Sims for my teenage children some time ago and another for my wife last year. I am with another provider. I have decided that I would like to move to Smarty but my current Smarty account has my son's SIM linked up with my name and email address. When I sign in, I have to ask him for the access code sent to his number. How can I painlessly join smarty with my existing number ? Thanks

Hi DanielO_1098695 this will depend on what type of group account you have set up. I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team so they can tell you whether you'll be able to disband your current group to create a new one https://smarty.co.uk/contact
