jeanett_3035573 They are usually sent out by Smarty via Royal Mail, so it depends upon what the postal service is like in your area. It also depends upon what time of day your order went through - if it was late then you can forget that day.
Mine took 11 days. I am guessing Smarty are using a DSA provider (a company that collects the mail and deliver it your local Royal Mail sorting office. Then the postie delivers it the next day). I suspect the delay is with them. It doesn't help that Smarty suggest that your shiny new SIM will be with you in a couple of days.
I ordered mine a week ago. Postman just been, no sim delivery 😕
