I pay £20. Others pay £15. I'm not happy.
I am a new customer today. I have signed up for unlimited data £20 per month. I see others are being asked to pay £15 per month for same. Smarty did not tell me. I am a sucker.
I do not want to pay £20. I want to pay £15. I am regretting joining Smarty on my first day.
So chat to support and ask if they can change you onto the special offer you've seen. In my experience they normally will.
