Not Receiving Verification SMS
Hello please can you help me? I am not receiving verification code from Housing Perks App on (Android) it asks to put in mobile number which I have done but SMS message never arrives. I have tried this on another phone with different number on o2 and the code arrives with mo issues. So not an app issue. My number was ported over from Sky Mobile over months ago. I can recieve test messages from friends OK.Any help would be appreciated.

AJRaStar Were you able to receive SMS verification codes from other apps? Are the text messages from your friends in RCS/iMessage or SMS? As far as I know, RCS and iMessage are sent online, and SMS is on network (though you can route SMS over WiFi by turning on WiFi Calling). If the friends' messages are in RCS/iMessage, have them try sending a message over SMS.
If you haven't received SMS verification codes from other apps, or cannot receive SMS messages from your friends, it might mean there is an issue with your SMS, and you should contact support.
