Confirmation emails
Hi, can we please get this sorted, I reported in late 2025 that your confirmation emails of monthly payments is out of sync. Instead of referring to a date in a months time it refers to todays date. ...
How this can not be clear suprises me !!!, anyway I have raised a complaint now, as I think the renewal emails mentioning a wrong date is misinformation. Maybe I should have said renewal emails. The account itself is fine with correct dates spanning another month.
